Just Telecomms – a division of Just Utilities Ltd – was created because our sister company being unable to find a telephone call supplier who offered the standard facilities required at an economic price with an acceptable service.

Just Telecomms grew from self help to its current position of a major player in the telecommunications market within a 5 year period by giving customers service, which is available from many industries, but seems to be lacking within the telephone game.

Concepts like keeping customers informed, free itemisation, free analysis tools (which work) and a constant striving to keep costs down whilst keeping service commitment up seems to have worked.

In our initial years we specialised in the SME market and it is only in the last 2 years we have ventured into the large user field. To be honest we are amazed and at one time alarmed by our success. Alarmed because the first few big accounts put too many eggs in one basket and amazed because our non telephone attitude was appreciated by large multi sited companies as well as corner shops.
